What a strange start to the new golf season! Despite the fabulous weather, we are all being encouraged to stay at home. Golf events and the leisure industry as a whole are on total lockdown.
We fully understand that it’s a very stressful time for would-be brides and event organisers. Mobile Crazy Golf are here to help as best we can with our wedding golf update
We know things are unsettling at the moment with everything that’s going on in the world with COVID-19 and the Coronavirus . Happy Couples in particular are fearful for their big day and the implications of their meticulous plans going to waste.
Please be assured that our number one priority is to help. We will accommodate postponed events wherever possible at no extra cost to our clients and that’s a promise.
In order to facilitate this in the fairest way possible we want to offer the following wedding golf update :
We never envisaged when writing our T&Cs that a client would want to postpone their wedding date once it had been finalised and as such do not have a formal postponement arrangement.
However, the cancellations and Force Majeure clauses take precedence in this case being both an epidemic AND an order of the Government to close venues. Where possible we will always look at an alternative date at no additional cost.
The final balance is due one calendar month prior to the event. If you should postpone before that date and we/the venue are available, then no extra charge will be incurred. We will simply postpone your booking date. If we are not available then it will either be classed as a cancellation and we would retain the holding deposit to cover our expenses.
In the rare instance of a postponement AFTER you’ve paid the final balance then assuming we are available we would simply change the booking date and the existing agreement would continue. If we are not available then as gesture during this difficult period, we will refund you the final balance amount but retain the deposit to cover our expenses.
